Please note, most orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.

International orders must be shipped to the cardholders address.

  • Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and the instructions to track your order online.

ORDER REVISIONS / CANCELLATIONS / DAMAGES:

  • To facilitate the timely processing of your order, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they are placed. Please select your items carefully and check for accuracy of all email addresses and shipping details, including apartment number, street number and name, city, state and zip code. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered at checkout.
  • If your order has arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team at Fashion@Belladis.com within 7 days of receipt of your package. You must retain the damaged items until our customer service team has filed a claim with the carrier. If you dispose of the item we will not be able to honor the claim or be able to issue any adjustment, including credit.  Claims will only be considered if received within 30 days of date of shipment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Your package will be shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST (except U.S. holidays). In the event that your item(s) is/are unavailable, you will be notified via E-Mail. The cutoff for 2 Day and Next Day shipping is 11:00am EST. If your expedited shipping order is placed after 11:00am EST it will ship the following business day.
  • All deliveries are subject to the carrier’s Terms & Conditions.

Our Return Policy

All orders can be returned up to 30 days after the ship date for a full refund minus shipping and gift wrap charges. If you would like to return a product from your order simply send the product back to the address below in its original packaging. You can expect a refund within one billing cycle of us receiving your returned product. Within the US and UK we can provide a return label. There will be an additional $ 5.95 USD deduction from the refund, for label usage.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

Also, we understand customers must open items before determining if they like it. As long as the item is not used in excess, you will get a full refund for it. If not, you will be subject to a partial refund.

Sales Tax Information

 

State laws require that we collect applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the states of Illinois, Louisiana, Nevada, Washington, Georgia, Indiana, South Carolina, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maryland, Kentucky, Utah, and Wisconsin. All orders outside of these states will not be charged.

Damage Claims

 

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately so we can notify the carrier and file a damage claim. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us and a replacement will be sent to you.

Cancellations

 

In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be cancelled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section then you may cancel your order.
